Originally I had thought about featuring the many different foods of Malaysia, concentrating on specific dishes special to the states of Malaysia, but because it is Ramadhan and even if I do cook something savoury, I’d only take pictures at night, which is terrible for lighting, I’ve decided to postpone this for July. However, I can showcase Malaysian sweets and desserts throughout this month, as well as bake a lot, since my baking buzz is somehow heightened. In addition, I can still talk about in articles about how Malaysia is the country which defines fusion cooking, as it is one of the first, dating back to more than a hundred years.
So, stay tuned and I’ll have some recipes up this week, including my first try at Lemon Bars (featured pic), and my first cake order, the Red Platter!
